It’s Restaurant Week season across the UAE. Dubai Restaurant Week 2026 is running until 31 May. Yas Bay and Yas Marina wrapped up their own weeks earlier in May. And every food writer in the country is telling you the same thing — book a set menu, eat fast, hope you got the good slot.
There is another way.
If Restaurant Week is about getting genuine value at a genuine restaurant — without the rationed portions, the app-only booking gauntlet, or the AED 250-per-head ceiling — Mukbang Shows is the table you actually want this month.
Five branches across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. All-you-can-eat Korean BBQ from AED 99 per person. No app required. No two-course cap. No “the entire table must order the set menu” small print.
Here is the case.
The Restaurant Week Math, Honestly
Dubai Restaurant Week 2026 pricing is fixed: AED 125 for a two-course lunch, AED 250 for a three-course dinner. That’s the headline. The reality is what those numbers actually buy you:
- Two courses (lunch) or three courses (dinner) — chosen from a curated set menu, not the full à la carte
- Beverages charged separately on top
- No mixing with other promotions, loyalty rewards, or vouchers
- The full table must commit to the set menu — no à la carte for one diner
- Booking only through the Careem app’s DineOut feature
- Walk-ins pay regular menu pricing
Now compare that to what you pay at Mukbang Shows on any night of the year:
| Tier | Price per person | What you actually get |
|---|---|---|
| Daegu | AED 99 | 7 BBQ cuts, 8 banchan, 2 gimbap, soup, rice — unlimited |
| Jeju | AED 109 | 7 BBQ cuts + premium upgrades, 8 banchan, 2 gimbap, soup, rice — unlimited |
| Bukchon Hanok | AED 129 | 7 BBQ cuts + signature cuts, 8 banchan, 2 gimbap, soup, rice — unlimited |
Our Daegu tier is AED 26 cheaper than the cheapest Restaurant Week lunch — and you’re eating unlimited Korean BBQ, not two courses on a tasting card.
Our top Bukchon Hanok tier comes in just above the cheapest DRW lunch, and a full AED 121 below the DRW dinner price. For unlimited food.
This isn’t a discount. This is just how we price every night.
Why Mukbang Shows Is Built for Restaurant Week Energy
Restaurant Week is supposed to be about discovery, value, and an excuse to actually go out. Mukbang Shows delivers all three by default — and a few things the set-menu format can’t.
1. The table is the experience. Korean BBQ is built around the grill at the centre of your table. You cook. You share. You decide what cooks next. Set menus deliver a plate; we deliver an hour of food theatre your group runs themselves.
2. Unlimited beats curated. A three-course dinner ends when the dessert plate is cleared. AYCE ends when your table is genuinely done. For groups, families, and anyone who has ever looked at a set menu portion and thought “is that it?” — that distinction matters.
3. The banchan alone is worth the booking. Eight Korean side dishes refilled throughout the meal — kimchi, japchae glass noodles, pickled radish, spicy cucumber, seasoned spinach, and more. They are not a starter. They are a constant. Set menus don’t do this.
4. No reservation algorithm gating your table. Want to come tomorrow? Call the branch. Want to come tonight? Walk in. Want to come back next week? You don’t need an app to remember.
5. Five locations — three in Dubai, two in Abu Dhabi. You don’t drive across the city for us. We’re already where you are.
What’s on the Grill
Every AYCE tier at Mukbang Shows includes seven BBQ cuts grilled at your table. The higher tiers layer in premium and signature options on top of the base lineup. Across all tiers you can expect:
- LA Galbi — sweet marinated short rib, the Korean BBQ benchmark
- Bulgogi — thin-sliced marinated ribeye
- Samgyeopsal — Korean pork belly cut (we serve a halal beef equivalent)
- Spicy chicken — gochujang-marinated, fast-cooking
- Beef brisket — clean grilling, no marinade
- Plus tier-specific cuts upgraded at the Jeju and Bukchon Hanok levels
Alongside the grill, every booking includes:
- 8 banchan — refilled throughout your meal
- 2 gimbap rolls — Korean rice rolls with seasoned vegetables and protein
- Soup of the day — kimchi jjigae or doenjang depending on the night
- Steamed rice — refilled on request
If you want à la carte additions — tteokbokki, jajangmyeon, japchae, kimchi pancake, Korean fried chicken — those run alongside the AYCE without disrupting it.

How to Book
No app required. Three options:
- Call the branch directly — numbers above. Fastest for same-day bookings.
- WhatsApp — message any branch number on WhatsApp. Our team confirms within minutes.
- Walk in — we hold tables for walk-ins at every branch. Peak times (Thursday and Friday evening) may have a short wait.
Minimum 2 persons per AYCE booking. A small leftover charge of AED 60 applies if there’s excessive uneaten food at the end of your meal — we keep this policy specifically because AYCE works when guests order what they will actually finish.

Restaurant Week 2026 — The Mukbang Shows FAQ
Is Mukbang Shows part of Dubai Restaurant Week 2026? No. We don’t need to be. Our AYCE pricing already undercuts the Restaurant Week lunch price every day of the year, and our format gives you unlimited food rather than a curated set menu.
How much cheaper is Mukbang Shows than Dubai Restaurant Week? Our entry-level Daegu tier (AED 99) is AED 26 cheaper than the DRW two-course lunch (AED 125), and AED 151 cheaper than the DRW three-course dinner (AED 250). And ours is all-you-can-eat.
Do I need a Careem app to book Mukbang Shows? No. We take direct bookings by phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in at all five branches.
What’s the difference between the three AYCE tiers? Daegu (AED 99) is our standard tier — 7 BBQ cuts, 8 banchan, 2 gimbap, soup, and rice. Jeju (AED 109) adds premium cut upgrades. Bukchon Hanok (AED 129) adds signature cuts on top of the Jeju upgrades. All three are unlimited.
Can children join the AYCE booking? Yes, with age-based pricing — call the branch for the family rate. Minimum 2 persons applies to the overall booking, not strictly to adults.
Is the food halal? Yes. All meat is halal-certified.
What about drinks? Drinks are à la carte, not included in the AYCE price — same structure as Dubai Restaurant Week, but our base price leaves you with more budget for them.
How long does an AYCE booking last? We block tables for 2 hours at standard service. If you need longer for a group, ask the branch when you book.
Where can I see the full menu? mukbangshow.ae/menu has the full list of AYCE tiers, à la carte additions, and drinks.
The Bottom Line
Dubai Restaurant Week 2026 is a great event. We are not asking you to skip it. If your wishlist this month includes a fine-dining venue you’ve been waiting years to try, AED 250 for three courses at one of those is a strong booking.
But Restaurant Week is also doing one specific job: making people pay attention to where they eat for a few weeks in May.
What we’re saying is — when the attention turns to value, format, and what you actually get for your money, Mukbang Shows is the table that holds up every single night of the year. Not just in May.
Five branches. Three Dubai, two Abu Dhabi. AYCE Korean BBQ from AED 99. Call the branch, walk in, or grab a table on WhatsApp.
