The Dubai Chewy Cookie is Chef Nouel Catis’s version of the viral Korean chewy cookie, built on the filling he helped make famous in Dubai chocolate. Instead of a snapping chocolate bar, the pistachio and kunafa filling sits inside a soft, cocoa-dusted cookie shell that stretches before it tears.
Break one open and the green filling runs edge to edge. The crunch comes from the toasted kunafa strands in the middle, not the crust, so you get chew first and crunch second. The same chewy Dubai cookie has gone viral from Seoul to Dubai. This is the chef’s own version, and Mukbang Shows is its official seller in the UAE.
