The best buffet in Al Qusais, if you will drive 15 minutes, is the unlimited halal Korean BBQ at Mukbang Shows Restaurant in Deira: AED 69 per person from 1 PM to 6 PM, AED 79 after. If you want a classic buffet counter on the Al Qusais side of town, Royal Pak Wadi in Al Nahda First is the one dedicated buffet house left, with a reported price of around AED 69. The Village Restaurant on Damascus Street, the old neighbourhood buffet, is permanently closed.
TL;DR
– Best unlimited value: Mukbang Shows Deira, unlimited halal grill, AED 69 before 6 PM, 15 minutes by car, alcohol-free
– Best buffet counter near Al Qusais: Royal Pak Wadi, Al Nahda First, Pakistani spread, about AED 69 (reported, call to confirm), 13 minutes
– Cheapest verified price: Level M at Studio M Arabian Plaza, AED 49 on a voucher, Friday and Saturday dinner only, 12 minutes
– Do not go to: The Village Restaurant on Damascus Street, closed for good even though its AED 39 voucher still shows up in search

What is the best buffet in Al Qusais right now?
For most people it is Mukbang Shows Deira, because it gives the most food per dirham of anything within 15 minutes and it runs every day. But it is not in Al Qusais and it is not a buffet line, so read the trade-offs below before you go.
Here is how the six realistic options rank, measured from Al Qusais Metro Station by car on Google Maps on 26 October 2026:
- Mukbang Shows Deira — unlimited Korean BBQ, AED 69 to 79, 15 minutes
- Royal Pak Wadi — Pakistani buffet counter, about AED 69 reported, 13 minutes
- Level M, Studio M Arabian Plaza — weekend hotel buffet, AED 49 voucher, 12 minutes
- Happy Farm, Al Nahda First (Sharjah) — unlimited hotpot and BBQ, price unpublished, 14 minutes
- Liwan, Swissôtel Al Ghurair — 5-star dinner buffet, AED 99 voucher, Sunday to Thursday, 19 minutes
- Lily’s Garden, Ibis Styles Dubai Deira — daily hotel dinner buffet, AED 59 voucher, 24 minutes
Al Qusais itself (Al Qusais 1, 2 and 3, Damascus Street and the industrial areas) has very few buffet restaurants left inside its borders. Almost every option above sits on the Al Nahda edge, along Al Ittihad Road toward Deira, or just over the Sharjah line.
Why does Mukbang Shows Deira rank first?
It wins on price, quantity and availability at the same time. The Gangnam set is AED 69 per person from 1 PM to 6 PM and AED 79 after 6 PM, for unlimited rounds of 7 kinds of halal BBQ (beef, chicken and seafood), 8 banchan with refills, soup of the day and steamed rice. That is less than the Liwan voucher and about the same as the reported Royal Pak Wadi price, but the meat keeps coming until you stop ordering.
The higher tiers add more: Daegu is AED 89 all day with unlimited Korean fried chicken, Jeju is AED 99 with the signature seafood boil, and Bukchon Hanok is AED 129 with both. Prices exclude 5% VAT and come from the live menu at mukbangshow.ae/restaurant-menu/. The restaurant is 100% halal, the BBQ is beef, chicken and seafood only, and no alcohol is served.

The honest limitation. Mukbang Shows Deira is not in Al Qusais. It is on Al Ittihad Road in Port Saeed, Deira, 15 minutes by car from Al Qusais Metro Station or about 27 minutes by public transport. It is also not a buffet line: there is no counter, no biryani station and no dessert table. You order unlimited rounds to a table grill and cook them yourself, there is a minimum of two people with no sharing, and a AED 60 leftover charge applies if you over-order. For a big Pakistani or Indian family spread, Royal Pak Wadi is the better pick.

Is Royal Pak Wadi the only real buffet near Al Qusais?
It is the only dedicated buffet restaurant on the Al Qusais side of town that we could verify as open. Royal Pak Wadi sits in Al Nahda First on the Al Ittihad Road side, 13 minutes (7.3 km) by car from Al Qusais Metro Station. Google lists it as a buffet restaurant with 4.6 stars from 3,413 reviews, and it opens at 12 PM.
Reviewers keep naming the same dishes: biryani, BBQ, mutton karahi and kheer. The restaurant actively markets birthday and engagement events, and a birthday package for 10 people at AED 990 has been advertised.
The catch is the price. The restaurant’s website was offline when we checked on 26 October 2026, and its 2026 Groupon listing, which put the lunch buffet at AED 69 per adult before discount, has been removed. Treat AED 69 as the reported price and call 052 540 6139 to confirm the current rate, the halal status and the alcohol policy.
For a big Pakistani family spread or a birthday for 20 people, Royal Pak Wadi beats Mukbang on variety and on having food already laid out.

Is Level M the cheapest buffet near Al Qusais?
Yes, on the voucher, but only on weekends. Level M at Studio M Arabian Plaza by Millennium, on Al Ittihad Road next to Al Qiyadah Metro Station Exit 2, runs an international dinner buffet every Friday and Saturday from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
The live Groupon listing on 26 October 2026 sells it at AED 49 per adult against a listed AED 79, AED 85 for two and AED 165 for four. A child voucher is AED 25, children up to 3 eat free, and from age 3 the listing asks for an adult voucher. Groupon prices include VAT, and 32 people had bought it in the previous 30 days.
The spread covers Indian, Arabic and Continental dishes, a soup station with breads, and unlimited chilled juices, tea and coffee, according to Level M’s current weekend buffet listing. Weekday buffets are only for groups of 12 or more booked in advance. It is 12 minutes by car from Al Qusais Metro Station. Confirm halal status and alcohol policy directly with the hotel.
Does Happy Farm work as an unlimited alternative?
Yes, if you want to cook at the table and do not mind crossing into Sharjah. Happy Farm Restaurant (Unlimited Buffet Hotpot and BBQ) is in Al Nahda First on the Sharjah side of the border. Google lists it as a buffet restaurant with 4.7 stars from 478 reviews, opening at 1 PM.
It is the closest like-for-like alternative to Mukbang: unlimited Chinese-style hotpot plus table BBQ. The venue publishes no price online. Social posts have advertised AED 69 with a AED 59 promotion, but nothing first-party confirms it, so call before you go.
From Al Qusais Metro Station it is 14 minutes (8.6 km) on the fastest route, which Google marks as having tolls. Confirm halal status directly.
When is Liwan at Swissôtel Al Ghurair worth it?
When you want a proper 5-star buffet with live stations and can go on a weeknight. Liwan, on Omar Bin Al Khattab Street and connected to Al Ghurair Centre, sells its dinner buffet with free-flowing soft drinks on Groupon at AED 99 per adult against a listed AED 129, or AED 195 for two (checked 26 October 2026).
The voucher is valid Sunday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and needs booking at least 24 hours ahead. Children under 6 eat free and ages 6 to 12 need a AED 59 child voucher. The listing promises live cooking stations, sushi and grills, and a Thursday Asian theme night with dim sum, Mongolian beef and mango sago. A separate lunch buffet voucher with drinks sells at AED 39.
It is 19 minutes by car from Al Qusais Metro Station, and it is not on this voucher on Fridays or Saturdays. Confirm alcohol policy and halal status directly. For more choices on that side of town, see the best buffets in Deira.
Is Lily’s Garden a good daily buffet?
It is the cheapest every-night hotel buffet line we found in this part of Dubai, but it is the furthest drive on this list. Lily’s Garden at Ibis Styles Dubai Deira (Maitha Plaza) sells a daily international dinner buffet with soft drinks at AED 59 per adult against a listed AED 89, AED 115 for two, and AED 29 for a child voucher. Children below 6 eat free and ages 6 to 11 need the child voucher.
The listing describes live cooking stations, a pastry selection, a bread corner and children’s activities, and 33 people had bought it in the previous 30 days. It is a licensed venue (alcohol served): the same listing sells house-beverage packages. From Al Qusais Metro Station it is 24 minutes by car.
Which Al Qusais buffet has closed?
The Village Restaurant, in the Obaidulla Building on Damascus Street in Al Qusais 1, is marked permanently closed on Google Maps (checked 26 October 2026). It was the neighbourhood’s Pakistani and Indian buffet and had 3.6 stars from 125 reviews.
A Cobone listing for its AED 39 dinner buffet is still indexed by search engines, and it still says “Valid daily”, but the page itself now reads that the offer has ended. Do not drive there and do not buy anything that references it.

Voucher prices are from live Groupon listings on 26 October 2026 and include VAT. Mukbang prices exclude 5% VAT, so AED 69 becomes AED 72.45 on the bill. Drive times are Google Maps estimates from Al Qusais Metro Station on a late weekday morning.
Which of these buffets are halal?
Mukbang Shows Deira is 100% halal: beef, chicken and seafood only, no pork and no alcohol. For every other venue on this list, confirm halal status directly with the restaurant before you book. Lily’s Garden is a licensed venue that serves alcohol, as its own voucher sells house beverages. We do not state any other venue’s halal status, because none of them publishes it on a page we could verify.
How do you get the real price for a buffet near Al Qusais?
Check whether the price is a voucher or a walk-in rate. The hotel prices on this page are voucher prices. Walk in without one and the listed rate applies: AED 79 at Level M, AED 89 at Lily’s Garden and AED 129 at Liwan.
Check the day. Level M’s buffet is Friday and Saturday only. Liwan’s dinner voucher is Sunday to Thursday only. Mukbang, Lily’s Garden and Royal Pak Wadi are the options to try any night, but call Royal Pak Wadi first.
Check VAT. Groupon prices include VAT. Mukbang’s menu prices do not.
Check the time at Mukbang. The AED 69 Gangnam price runs from 1 PM to 6 PM. Sit down after 6 PM and the same set is AED 79.
Call where no price is published. Royal Pak Wadi and Happy Farm do not publish a working first-party price. Ask on the phone for the current per-person rate before you set off.

- Lunch: Mukbang’s AED 69 window starts at 1 PM, Royal Pak Wadi opens at 12 PM, and Liwan sells a separate AED 39 lunch voucher.

Where is Al Qusais, and why are its buffets outside it?
Al Qusais is a residential and industrial district in eastern Dubai, next to Al Nahda and the Sharjah border, served by the Green Line’s Al Qusais and Al Nahda stations (Al Qusais on Wikipedia). Bayut’s Al Qusais area guide covers the neighbourhood’s layout and amenities.
The buffet map follows the main roads. Royal Pak Wadi and Happy Farm are both in Al Nahda First, on either side of the Dubai–Sharjah line. Level M and Mukbang are along Al Ittihad Road toward Deira. Liwan and Lily’s Garden are deeper into Deira. With The Village Restaurant closed, we could not verify an open buffet restaurant on Damascus Street itself.
