Every piece of our Korean fried chicken is double-fried using a technique perfected over generations — first at a lower temperature to cook through, then at a higher heat to create that legendary, shatteringly crispy crust that stays crunchy long after it leaves the fryer.
We use a light, rice-flour-based batter — thinner and more delicate than Western-style breading — that shatters with every bite. Each of our five signature flavors is finished with house-made sauces and glazes prepared fresh daily.
