Bibimbap in Abu Dhabi is available in various kinds, but it’s traditionally made from thin sliced beef. The beef seasonings tend to be a more relaxed version of korean-smoked beef. The meat needs less flavor as Bibimbap sauce provides plenty of flavour. Many of the recipes also use a simple Soy-Garlic / Sesame oil combo. I like the ingredients in this Bibimbap Korean Rice Bowl so that I can easily eat it as a single dish, so I used a little reduced Bulgogi marinade. This is a traditional method that is used for marinade preparation in Korea adding flavor, sweetness and tenderness! Nashi pears are also common.
